You will receive a result announcement email on Feb 28, 2026 that includes the performance report(s) of your 1st round video submission(s).

If there is a ‘YES’ for the ‘Event Qualification for Grand Final’ on the report, that means you have reached the Asia Grand Final.

All results and decisions are final. All contestants who complete and pass the 1st round will be entitled to a HTISF globally recognized certificate issued by Harmony Tree International. Certificate delivery arrangements will be announced after the Grand Final.

There is a ‘FINAL’ wording in red on the upper right corner of the PDF as an indication. It is the contestant’s responsibility to download the pieces and read carefully all rules and FAQs.

HTISF Asia Grand Final 2025-26 will be held via Zoom, virtual and live. Please make sure that you have downloaded this software in your device, with a stable WiFi network.

Your Grand Final slot will fall on any of these dates: May 30-31, Jun 6-7, Jun 13-14, 2026.

Contestants will be divided into small groups to perform live on Zoom, in front of our adjudicating panel and some of your fellow contestants. Each small group shall last between 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the number of contestants in that group & their performance duration.

Your final date, time-slot and Zoom Meeting ID will be announced upon the finalization of grouping and scheduling arrangements. You will receive such info by email on Apr 17, 2026. Only Grand Finalists are allowed to join the Zoom. Sessions will be recorded.

When scheduling for the Grand Finals, we try our best to accommodate all participants from over 22 APAC nations, with an 8+ hours time difference alone among students, together with the adjudicators in the US, UK, CAN and AUS. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Contestants of each small group will be assigned the same reporting time to log in the Zoom Meeting.

To ensure a smooth running of the Grand Final and avoid any interruption of the performances, under no circumstances will latecomers be accepted into the Zoom Call. Those who fail to report at the designated time will be disqualified from participating in the Grand Final.

There is no guarantee that any rescheduling request will be entertained. Please use your name in the Zoom meeting and avoid using other symbols or numbers as the name of the Meeting Participant.

If your Zoom meeting quits unexpectedly midway and rejoins, you will be placed in waiting room until the current performance is finished. Contestants are expected to stay in the session until all performances of the group are completed.

Please remain quiet and polite when other contestants are performing. Stay on mute unless you are asked to turn on microphone for your performance. Video shall be turned on at all times as respectful audience. Marks will be significantly affected for interrupting others’ performances. All sessions will be recorded.

Marking and judging criteria are the same as the 1st round. Please refer to “Judging Criteria’ section of the FAQs on www.harmonytree.ca/htisf2026.

For duologue contestants, the pair shall only log in using one device and be in the same frame throughout. The zoom name shall include the names of both contestants.

You shall be in a quiet, indoor environment with sufficient lighting. Pre-competition sound check is recommended as some rooms or audio devices produce a great echo which will hinder your performance.

Grand Final results (& reports) will be announced by email on Jun 26, 2026.
