You will be redirected to PayPal to settle the entry fees via credit card. You do NOT need to set up a PayPal account for check out. 

Entry will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment by the deadline. Entry fees are non-refundable and unchangeable. 

Upon successful registration, you will receive an email within 4 business days that contains a unique Contestant ID for each entry for video submission.

Video Submission Deadline: by 23:59 (GMT+8), Oct 31, 2026 (Based on Organizer's email time stamp)

1st Round Result Release: Feb 28, 2027 by email

The overall top 50 will reach the Grand Final. Asia Division Grand Final (Virtual): Late May/Early Jun, 2027

It’s the responsibility of the Contestants to ensure that information given in this registration is valid, complete and meet the requirements of respective categories. HTISF bears no responsibility for checking of the eligibility of the entry.

Submission of an entry implies consent from contestants to abide by the Rules and Regulations and to strictly observe them.

If any dispute arises, HTISF reserves the right to make all final decisions.
